Patriot Gym Rules

Rule 1

Re-rack all of your weights and put back all bars and equipment back where it belongs. All specialty bars need to be placed back into the specialty bar holder when you are finished with it. The goal is for members to be able and get their training started without having to take time to look for certain bars and equipment. When everything is where it is supposed to be it makes everyone training run smooth and you will be able to knock your training out in no time.

Rule 2

RESPECT! This is a small gym community; it needs to remain as civil as possible. If someone is causing issues and being disrespectful to another member bring it to the attention of one of my trainers or email me and it will be handled. If someone is causing issues to a member or training staff, you will be asked to leave for the day. If issues persist your membership will be cancelled immediately.

Rule 3

Children. I have a picnic table setup for your kids to hangout at while you train. There is Wifi access so kids can play on a tablet as well. It is the parents’ responsibility to make sure their children stay at the picnic table and not running around the gym. If your child continually runs around the gym and disrupts members you will be asked to take your child home. this is for the safety of our members and most importantly your child. Last thing I would hate to see is your child get hurt by a piece of equipment at the gym. so please make sure that your child understand they need to be at the table just for a short period of time until you are finished training.

Guest Day Passes

Day passes are $10, week passes are $20, Month pass is $35.

If you want to bring a family member or friend to try out the facility for a pass they must sign the waiver first! There is NO exception to this rule. The waiver is found right after you click “Sign up”. It will be the first form the pops up. Fill out all the info and after you click “Submit and Continue” the payment page will show. you can close the page after that because it will automatically email me the waiver.

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”
